Welcome to NAEYC! My name is Cristina Gillanders and I am a Board Member At-Large in NAEYC. I studied Psychology as an undergraduate in my home country, Venezuela. Ever since I was a girl, I wanted to work with children. After graduating from college, I was hired as a school psychologist at a preschool that served children from 18 months to 6 years old. After working for some years I wanted to further my education and came to the United States to pursue my graduate studies.
